Location Instant Messenger - LocatIM ("App") provides messaging and location service to users around the world. Please read the following Terms of Service. You agree to the Terms of Service ("Terms") by installing, accessing, or using the app, service or features (together, "Service").

Registration

You must register for the Service by providing your current mobile phone number.

Address book

You provide the phone numbers of LocatIM users and your other contacts in your mobile phone address book on a regular basis. You confirm you are authorized to provide us such numbers to allow us to provide our Services.

Devices and Software

You must provide certain devices, software, and data connections to use the Service. For as long as you use the Service, you consent to downloading and installing updates to the Service, including automatically.

Age

Recommended age is at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are not old enough, your parent or guardian must agree to the Terms on your behalf.

Privacy policy

App receives or collects information when provide the Service. This information helps to operate, provide, improve, understand and customize the Service.

Account information

You provide your mobile phone number to create an account. You provide the phone numbers in your mobile address book on a regular basis, including those of both the users of the Service and your other contacts. You confirm you are authorized to provide us such numbers.

Messages

Your messages (including your chats and location information) are not stored on the servers. Your messages are stored on your own device and on your addressee\'s device. If a encrypted message cannot be delivered immediately, it might be kept on the servers to deliver it. If a message is still undelivered - it will be deleted. Your messages are encrypted to protect against us and third parties from reading them.

Usage and log information

Service-related, diagnostic, and performance information might be collected. This includes information about your activity (in the application), logs, diagnostic, crash and reports.

Location data

Your location data is not stored on servers and not used for any purpose.

Device and connection information

Your device-specific information might be collected anonymously in order to improve services and diagnostics. This includes following information: device manufacturer and model, operating system information, mobile network information, and device identifiers. Device location information might be collected anonymously for diagnostics and troubleshooting purposes.
